Food Distribution
All of the food we raise on the farm is distributed to community free of charge or through a pay what you can model. Community members can access food via the Community Store at Pequoig Farm, our Pay-What-You-Can Egg Share (link for sign up below), and through periodic Community Distributions.
While we grow our capacity, we are primarily focusing on growing less labor intensive storage crops, this ensures we have the time to distribute and be in the full work of the farm. Currently we distribute flint corn as cornmeal and hominy, multiple varieties of dry beans, pumpkins, sunchokes, whole chickens, lamb, pork and venison. Through donations from The Farm School we are periodically able to offer more meat options such as beef and sometimes goat.

If you would like cornmeal, hominy, dry beans, or meat for a community event, educational opportunity etc... and we don't have a distribution scheduled, please reach out and we will do our best to supply you with what you need. We are also happy to share recipes or suggestions on how to prepare any of the foods we raise.

Community Store
In June 2025 we opened our Community Store, providing farm fresh food to Nipmucs in a pay-what-you-can-model.
Pay What You Can
We want our food to be accessible to all families. Everything on the farm is cared for by a small team. Animals are only fed GMO free feed, Organic when we can source and afford it. While it is expensive to produce high quality, farm fresh meat, eggs, grains and veggies, we are committed to all families being able to enjoy these healthy foods. All the food in the store is FREE to Nipmuc families but donations are encouraged when possible.

Available in the Store
Farm fresh meat, eggs, grain and veggies will be seasonally available in the store, as well as occasional treats like maple syrup, dried apples and spices.

Check the our Instagram page for hours and updates.
Food Distributions
We distribute food here at the Farm and at flagship events hosted by our Nipmuc community. We host two distributions a year from the farm, one in the spring and one in late fall.
