Nipmuc Land Project
Events
Working, learning, cooking, eating, growing, planting, practicing, making and remembering.
Events on the farm aim to support our collective practice of community food sovereignty and cultural revitalization.
At this time events are for Nipmuc community members, our kin and invited guests.

Events are shared through Nipmuc Indian Development Corporation's email list, facebook, instagram, flyers, word of mouth and this website.
Our central objective is to work toward food sovereignty, establishing a robust farm ecosystem that sustains our community with nourishment, healing resources, land-based education, and cultural connections. Our overarching vision for this land is to breathe life into it through Indigenous-centered stewardship, guided by matriarchal principles, the transmission of ancestral knowledge, the power of oral tradition, active community engagement, knowledge sharing, and collective responsibility. Sustainability remains our guiding principle, ensuring the land and its infrastructure endure for the collective well-being of all.
